At Rolio Pigments, we strive to provide high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, our 91-day return policy allows you to request a return within 91 days of receiving your item.
How to Request a Return

Important: Items must not be used or worn, must include all original packaging and tags, and require proof of purchase to be eligible for a return.
Return Shipping & Costs
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
• If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer may be responsible for any loss in value.
• Returns must be approved before shipping back the item—packages sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at office@roliopigments.com with photos of the issue. We will evaluate and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for returns, including:

To exchange an item, you will need to:

2. Place a new order for the item you want.
We do not process direct exchanges but offer refunds upon successful return.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, with no justification required. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase to be eligible.
Refund Process
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the refund approval status.
• Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
